My son and I were there on September 14. His ipad had locked up and I (not being an Apple person) was completely frustrated. We were greeted warmly and after handing over the ipad for repair my son asked a ton of questions about his beloved game that runs on a Windows 95 platform. We received knowledgeable answers. The repair process took maybe 15 minutes and he walked me through setting it up again. We were not charged for any of this and my offer of payment was refused.
